How do they take everyone in Alexandria and run away without being spotted? There's no way they escape Negan without losing most of their people.

Negan must have a pretty nice crib. If I'm him, I'm moving into Alexandria.

Well, there is an option Negan didn't have in the comics.

I kept thinking the Negan-Carl relationship was following the comics, but the show did a nice job highlighting the differences in the situations with Darryl and little Judith both in the picture.

Anybody else notice -- and I'm sure it was intentional -- that Negan was starting to look a lot like Rick by the end of the episode, with the scruffy salt-and-pepper beard and the plain white T-shirt?

Yet another scene right out of the books. That man had guts!

I haven't done any looking into the new group that surrounded Rick, but this is all new, right? I also don't recall Zeke saying no to Rick...but it's been years since this part was in the books.
I'm going to have to look back to remember what happened in ALL OUT WAR.

Reviving this thread since Issue 192 is now out. Thoughts?

I didn't read the issue, but I saw an article about it. I'm a little surprised by how they did it, but Kirkman's comments about it include a reminder that in this story, everybody dies.
