    Actually, Mizzou, you were right that Spielberg was nominated for The Color Purple. He never directed Pollack, though.

    Ah, I've been at work for 17 hours. Whaddya want from me? You're right. The Color Purple was nominated for best film, but no nom for Spielberg on that one. Mea Culpa.

    Since no one else is asking, I'll go again:

    Sticking with Spielberg for a moment, at the end of the film 'Duel,' the evil semi truck teeters off a cliff and makes a distinct creaking sound. Spielberg used this sound in three subsequent films.

    What are they?
