Two episodes in on Castle Rock. Love it.

  2. I wish I could binge watch the whole thing, instead of waiting for episodes each week. What is this 2005?!?

Started Season 2 of Fargo. Loved Season 1, but I had forgotten about it.

I’m caught up on Castle Rock. Really good.

Enjoyed the first two seasons of Fargo. Gotta catch the third at some point. Definitely watching the new one when Chris Rock.

  4. What is with the Ronald Regan appearances in Fargo? He was in both seasons, right?
    Why?
At what was the point of the black and white movie scene at the beginning of Season 2?
And I know it is the Coen brothers, but why include a UFO?

I'm also watching Ken Burns Vietnam documentary on Netflix. The Crocker stuff had me teary-eyed.

I never started watching "Halt and Catch Fire" because the reviews were so tepid until the fourth season, but I love it from day one. The Joe stuff early is terrible, but once it finds its footing I think it's excellent from the middle of Season 1 through the end. I'm glad I ended up giving it a shot.

It is very much a slow and steady burn of a show that takes unique twists along the way.

    Better Call Saul premieres tonight.

The last thing my son and I watch together that isn’t soccer.

I was into it early on and yeah, the Joe stuff was interesting. I don't think I made it past season one and am actually surprised to hear there are more seasons. Can't remember why I quit watching - I think my landlord cut DirecTV and went to basic cable.

I cannot remember watching anything with this as a main focus.

Not a big deal, but did Howard leave Jimmy's name off the obit?

It's a really good series that makes me realize how badly I've been conditioned by almost every crime show I've ever watched.

Why aren't they waving guns around or shouting more?
