Well I can almost guarantee that "Beautiful Struggle," "The Blueprint" and "The College Dropout" are three of them. And I think that "Little Voice" by Bareilles might be the fourth.

    Edit: Yes it is.

Shit. I completely forgot about "College Dropout."

I like all the rap albums people who don't really like rap like. :)

So you must've loved Speakerboxx/The Love Below?

The first three were easy. Actually the first time I ever thought about compiling a list was when I said to you in the car on the way to DC that "Beautiful Struggle" would definitely up there. And I knew Barielles because I had tried sending you some of her stuff and you already had it.

I figured IJAG would own the JT album. It is really, really good.

I have no idea what this means. How would me saying you were smart be an insult?

I'm 'meh' on most of JT's stuff. I liked his first album, and a couple songs off this one. But "Bringing Sexy Back" made me vow to never buy that CD.

OK, I'll take a crack at it...

    1. Pernice Brothers, "Live a Little"
    2. Gaslight Anthem, "The '59 Sound"
    3. Fountains of Wayne, "Welcome Interstate Managers"
    4. Pernice Brothers, "The World Won't End"
    5. Wilco, "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot"
    6. U2, "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb"
    7. Ben Folds, "Rockin' the Suburbs"
    8. The Big Lie, "The Big Lie"
    9. Elliott Smith, "Figure 8"
    10. Pernice Brothers, "Yours, Mine and Ours"
    11. Joe Jackson Band, "Volume 4"
    12. Bees, "High Society"
    13. Joe Jackson, "Rain"
    14. Budos Band, "Budos Band II"
    15. U2, "No Line on the Horizon"
    15. Butch Walker, "Sycamore Meadows"
    16. Crowded House, "Time on Earth"
    17. The Alarm, "In the Poppy Fields"
    18. Neko Case, "Blacklisted"

Honestly, after about the first six the order is pretty random, and the last 4 or 5 are interchangeable with about 20 other albums.

I really don't ever buy entire albums. I think the only ones I've bought in the last three years are Blueprint 3 and Pink's last one.
