This incident supposedly happened last October. No charges were filed. Case was dropped in December.
Why does TMZ decide this is a story now?

 

I would guess there's about to be a lawsuit filed and they just now got hold of the paperwork ...

 

Also, isn't TMZSports starting soon? Or did it start already and I missed it?

 

Wondering if playing tennis is violation of contract.

 

Or the investigation was kept on the hush-hush and only now it got leaked out to TMX.

 

I just polished up my resume and I don't know why.
