The Strawberry Ice Cream Thread

It's funny, you never see strawberry espresso drinks. Raspeberry for sure, cherry every so often, but never strawberry.

 

I have absolutely no idea what this thread is about, but it's better that way I think.

 

Local ice cream maker in danger of being shut down.

They've been open a few years. They operate out of a shared commercial kitchen.

State now says they need to get a "dairy license", need their own space, need to pasteurize their cream in a more commercial way (or use pre-made commercial ice cream base), and probably shouldn't use fresh strawberries (they suggested strawberry syrup).

They're threatened with going out of business.
