Why do you think I made fun of Burnley? :p

There may be a larger upset somewhere in the various Cup pasts, but this has to be the most massive win yet in Seagulls history.

Yeah, that was a fairly stunning result. Especially after how Watford handled Brighton last week ...

I was surfing the innertubes a half-dozen years ago and came across a Brighton FM pop station that was gaga bout the home side but otherwise unaffiliated. I appreciated their fandom ever since and am happy for their success.

Spurs! Hugo Lloris arrested for DUI. (The delightfully named "drink driving" in the UK.) Like all drink drivers, he should be slapped hard across the face by the mothers at MADD for several hours.

Hugo Lloris: Tottenham goalkeeper charged with drink-driving

Spurs next match is Monday. Against... Manchester United.

I have no love for Man City, but damn, the ref just gifted Wolverhampton a point today. Not sure how you miss someone scoring a goal off his hand ...

Watford now 3-0, though they were fortunate to get one point today, much less the full three. How the hell Ward doesn't score on that header in the closing minutes of stoppage time, I don't know. Crystal Palace should have been up early, but Foster was nails in goal. Will enjoy the ride as long as it lasts ...

Elbow to the face goes uncalled and Newcastle turns it into a goal. Unbelievable
