South Korea in extra time into the lead -- and possibly to the knockout stage.

That south korean goal is my favorite so far of the tourney.

A 70 yard fast break, which results in a 1 v 3 cluster. He gets out of it with a nutmeg pass to a streaking teammate who one touches a lazer into the net.

So South Korea would advance on goals scored, right? Currently both South Korea and Uruguay are at even on GD.

    Correct 3-2 for South Korea.

    And that's it. Uruguay out.

And Uruguay made it difficult for the referee, who had to issue a card because they wouldn't stop putting their hands on him.

Still finding it difficult to believe than Germany, Belgium, Uruguay and Mexico failed to reach the knockout round.

Assuming Switzerland or Serbia advances (I don't think Cameroon has much of a shot) ... your knockout breakdown is:

UEFA (8) - Netherlands, Croatia, England, France, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland/Serbia
AFC (3) - Japan, South Korea, Australia
    CAF (2) - Senegal, Morocco
    CONMEBOL (2) - Argentina, Brazil
    CONCACAF (1) - USA

And because I'm going down a rabbit hole here ... there are five countries that have qualified for at least 10 straight World Cups. Four are pretty obvious. The fifth kind of surprised me.

So does he cry into the fabric in his hands or take a bite out of it prior to crying?

    It's too bad he's such a jerk because he's a marvelous player.
