Good gosh, I'm embarrassed. My eyes replaced "Greg" with "Alexi," which set off all kinds of warning sirens.

 

To be fair, your experience is completely understandable. When you see a Lalas quoted in anything, there is a 98% probablility it will be Alexi.

Regarding Jack Bell's piece . . . . . let's just say I have long been irritated by the attitude of "Hey man . . .I have an ACCENT! Therefore, I know more about soccer than any of you idiots!"

Heard it from Europeans, heard it from south of the border. And I always regard it as total crap.

And Julie Foudy's studio stints have been mediocre, at best.
