    Thanks for this.

    I still haven't been flexed to the "no" side by the people here whose opinions and expertise I value.

    In the real world, he probably won't get in on the first or second try. Maybe ever. It wouldn't be the end of the world for me. But even 17 years later, having watched Game 7 about 15 times, I have a hard time saying his career wasn't Hall of Fame-caliber.

    Xan, Morris has been on the ballot since 2000 and has yet to reach 50% of the ballots.
    He's borderline but he's never gonna make it

    Cool. I didn't know that, spntitned.

    Too bad, I guess, but again, not the end of the world. Less than 50 pitchers in the glorious history of the game with 254+ wins.
