Tonight may mark the night when the wheels have come off in The Bronx.

George Posada asked out of the lineup after seeing he had been moved to 9th.

No doubt will be a huge theme in the next few days.

How low can it sink? The sky's the limit. (I couldn't resist)

    Yes.

Permanently removing a .159 hitter from the lineup should finish them off.

You're slow tonight Predictable. Usually you are the first to jump in with a snarky comment on one of my threads.

Your pager must be on the fritz.

Posada isn't retiring, but he's definitely a quitter.

Presser going on now with Giradi. NY media doing their best to get him to Col Nathan Jessup.

    This is a fucking trainwreck.

Girardi is such an insufferable prick. Such an undeserved sense of entitlement. Love seeing him get his.

If he wasn't placed ninth in the order, he would have played.

Couldn't be happening to a nicer team. Or owner. Or manager. Or fans.

Have to give George credit for his willingness to take every question thrown at him in post game presser.

    Suspend his ass.

When a .165 hitter sees his name in the No. 9 slot in the lineup, he should march right into the manager's office, all right -- to lovingly kiss his ass for putting him in the lineup at all.

Hey Jorge. There are plenty of catchers who can hit better than .165. The Yankees will find one. Real quick.
