I know this is an old topic but does anyone else on the forums watch FX's The Shield????

I have been watching this show now for 6 years and I love each and every episode.

This year the series finally will occur sometime in March but dam this is a good show.

If you have not seen it check it out on FX or get the DVDs.

They call me leamonhead but who gives a dam anymore lol.

I actually just saw the final and I can't wait for the show to come back on air so we can see what happens.

I just hope that they don't do something really stupid like they did for the Sopranos series finally.

    Also Smokey what's so funny?

I love this show. It's my favorite.
Every season that's available on DVD I've bought. Hopefully the writer's strike won't delay production and push the new season back from March or April.

I don't think so since FX has produced most of this years shows already. Including Dirt, Rescue Me and The Shield.

But I got to say this seasons finally was not the best of the bunch.

    From Wikipedia:
Season 7 will premiere on April 1, 2008 and will consist of 13 one hour episodes. This will be the final season according to its creator and the network.[6]

The Shield creator, Shawn Ryan, has stated that due to his affiliation with the Writers Guild of America strike, he does not intend to be present on the set of the final episode of the series. He also does not plan to participate in editing the final episode.[7]

Anyone remember The Shield reference on Weeds this season?

WWVMD - What would Vic Mackey do?

Lets see what the last season has in store for us and by the time the show is done we can discuss what we thought about the last season of a great show.

Vic will hit rock bottom and either be killed or possibly go to jail when he fucks with Shane for fucking with his family the way he did and Shane turns in the paperwork he has on what the team has done over the last few years.

Now regarding the final what did you guys think?

Danni and Dutch do you see anything really happen here or do you think Dutch will see the light and go back and see if he can get lucky with Tina?

The actress that plays Tina is 33 years old Paula Garces. I would never have though she was that old. She can play anything from a teenager to a college student but 33??

Shane will get killed by the Armenians. Shane's wife will think that Vic had something to do with it - when he didn't - and either go after Vic herself or make sure IAD gets all the paperwork Shane has on the Strike Team.
Vic will hit rock bottom. He'll pay the price and go to jail.

Danni and Dutch will happen if Danni lets it. She might push Dutch back to Tina, but Dutch realizes that he wants more than just someone hot and will persue Danni.
