The Shield Series Finale

    It will never happen, but it would be great if ICE told Mackey they're going to arrest him, convict him and send him to prison as part of a "deep cover" assignment. Then they walk away.

    Amazing job - Clark Johnson, who directed the ep and had a cameo as the Witness Protection guy - has now closed out two of the finest series ever done.
    Also liked Andre Benjamin's return as the comic book store owner turned mayoral candidate. But why do I think Mackey will end up looking like this at the end of his three year stint at ICE:

  6. Overall, a very, very weak finale IMO, for the reasons I posted in the other thread. As a show with a very loyal and heavy following, they owed us more closure than they gave us with everything outside of the Mackey storyline.
