And he hit iron off the first tee.

Another bogey. He's one over, seven back. Better get things straightened out.

    It won't take that long.

Sergio usually has a 79 or 80 ready and waiting for Saturday. Then, he'll go out and shoot 67 or 68 Sunday and give the illusion he was actually in the mix, when in reality, he shot himself out one day earlier.

Even though this is on the TV behind me, since I'm on the road, I'm not going to be able to enjoy my traditional Sunday morning coffee in bed with the British Open on the TV. :(

    Good, good times.

Tough. I won't apologize for it; things don't feel normal when Tiger's hacking it up.

Oh, I was just messin with ya.

Yeah......it's a little goofy to see him hit the ball all over the map.

Does everyone realize that if KJ Choi, who is in second, wins this tournament, he more or less HAS to be the PGA Tour player of the year?

The game always humbles you and wins in the end. Always.

Truer words were never spoken, Micro.

Interesting story I heard and read about Tiger. Greg McLaughlin, who runs Tiger's foundation and is the tournament director of the just-completed AT&T at Congressional, is playing with two other guys in a best-ball against Tiger at Isleworth. McLaughlin is a 10, one of the other two guys is a 2 and the other's a 6.

The three of them are playing Tiger best-ball. They're playing from the forward tees at Isleworth, which is a fairly hard course. Tiger's playing from the tips.

McLaughlin and Co. lost every way. He said they got "destroyed."

Well, actually he doesn't. It's top money-winner automatically.
