I'd be surprised if Daly plays tomorrow, considering his track record.

 

Sergio Garcia leads? Nice to know he can lead a major tournament for at least one round.

 

And of course, Daly shoots 74, 76.....will miss the cut by 3.

 

Joining him on the flight back home, Phil Mickelson.

 

Phil with a double on the final hole for a 77. Looks like he's heading for the airport.

 

Serge is good to go 'til the back nine on Sunday. Then he'll fade into "Bolivian."
His final round performances make Colin Montgomery look like a closer.

 

Tiger's first shot of the day is possibly the tournament's worst

 

And his provisional isn't a whole lot better.

 

Tiger badly shanks his drive off No. 1. Double bogey to start the round.

2:25 p.m.: Tiger Woods has started his round with a splash.

Literally.

Woods hit an iron off the first tee, as has been his strategy and hit it so far left, it went into the burn, out of bounds. Folks who have been to this course many times before say they've never seen a tee shot land there.

 

Anyone see that old woman fondle her husbands butt after Woods' shot?

 

It's a very uncomfortable feeling whenever Tiger struggles this badly. Just doesn't feel right.
