The Manning watch morphs into the Tebow watch...

    This should be fun.

King said in his column what I was saying a week or so ago that the Broncos should keep Tebow unless they can get at least a No. 3 for him.

it won't happen ever, but would like to see Tebow kept there to play a hybrid in the offense. Would be fun to watch him with Manning.

That's what I would do. If I'm Elway I say, "stay, be a part of the offense, learn from one of the best ever..." If the Jags or someone else make a great offer, great. If not, keep Tebow around.

The Steelers - Art Rooney the 19th figures "hell if we can't beat him, have him join us..."

I agree with Mizzou. No matter how convinced the Broncos are that Manning can play, he hasn't been hit yet. Until then, they can't really tell. Keeping Tebow is prudent.

I think there are two options. Stay in Denver or traded to Jacksonville. Maybe Miami gets stupid and goes after Tebow, but I doubt it.

I don't think Denver would cut him outright.

Tebow also is still playing under his rookie contract. He's a cheap backup.

I wish the Broncos would keep him. I don't see why not. Throw him in the backfield with Manning 6-7 times a game. Couldn't make a defense guess much more than that. It's not like you'll get anything for trading him.

Saw this on Twitter: TEBOW TO THE REDSKINS FOR $85 MILLION AND 36 FIRST ROUND PICKS!!!!

    Funny.

I could see Jacksonville trading their first round pick for him. And more. I know I would if I owned that franchise.

Then Elway can draft his own rookie backup, one that doesn't make him look like he is going to barf all over the press box, and all should be swell with the world.

I heard something along the lines of "As long as [whoever the current Jax GM] is still there, they're not trading for Tebow." No idea if that even means anything.
