The official Duke-North Carolina game(s) thread

I'm getting some ESPNU Give & Go instead of Duke-UNC. Is something wrong with ESPN?

 

If you're in the ACC region, it is on the local ACC network affiliate and blacked out on ESPN.

 

That means I'm getting f_cked. None of the affiliates picked it up, and ESPN is giving us crap on ESPNU.

I haven't been this pissed in a while.

 

Some great defense by both teams right now.

 

It wasn't great defense from UNC until recently.

 

I turned it on with 15:41 to go in the half. Since then I don't think I've seen Duke score, and there's 11 minutes to go.

 

What the heck are they showing instead? That's insanity.

 

He can be annoying, but listen to Dick Vitale and sometimes he inflects his voice and sounds just like Tupac. Funny.

 

We're getting ESPNU's feed on ESPN. The local affiliates are showing their usual weeknight crap.

"Insanity" is the perfect description. I called Time-Warner Cable down here, not only because I wanted to know who the idiot was who made this decision, but had a thought about doing a short piece on it. I mean, our ME is a fan of neither school and is giving us an extra few minutes to make sure we get that in.

If you can, you should tune in. This promises to be another classic finish.

 

We don't have an "ACC affiliate" around here except ABC. We're not getting it because the local affiliate didn't pick it up in favor of Lost. I'm really crabby that I'm missing this game.
