    Shame on them for making light of Jeter's physical condition. You have to understand he is unable to put weight on his injured ankle so the only body area he can exercise is his upper body. It's also inconclusive from the photos as to whether he has put on any weight at all - he is wearing a loose fitting t-shirt. Regardless, I am confident that when he is cleared to play, he will be in better physical shape than anyone on the field.

    Looks to me he's putting a lot of weight on his injured ankle. And his injured butt. And his injured abs.
