    I remember driving to Avondale one time to cover a football game at Agua Fria, and one of these dust storms hit. Had to pull off I-10 immediately. Couldn't see an inch in front of me.

    Had an HVAC guy over yesterday to do some routine maintenance and he was talking about the dust storm and said his company was sending him and others over to PHX yesterday afternoon "because hundreds of AC units blew out in the storm".

    No AC in PHX is the definition of hell.
