    Using what's on my mp3 player right now:

    "Expresso 2222" by Gilberto Gil
    "Ready Steady Go" by L'Arc en Ciel
    "Cobrastyle" by the Teddybears
    "Death From the Skies" by George Hrab

    Although if albums are in play, most any Me First & the Gimme-Gimmes album will do.

    I am at a point where I cannot workout without music blaring in my ear. Love the idea that Oregon blares music for their entire practice to simulate crowd noise and keep the players pumped up.
