    I seem to remember Palin being treated with courtesy on her SNL outing, even while they were poking fun at her without any "Lying Bitch" references.. I believe she made it a point to talk about how that night's host, Alec Baldwin, was very courteous. So it's possible to behave in a class manner with people you don't agree with.
