  1. Were I Dutch, I might point out that the last time, Germany moved to them.

    And AQB, this should be a federal project. Completely. This is an important national port city -- to say nothing of it being the most important city to indigenous American culture and indigenous American art -- and, as such, its survival is in the national interest.

    Problem is, sooner or later the state/city government is going to have to be involved and that's when it will go to shit.

    Learning lessons is for suckers. I plan to go home and pray for storms to never show up again. That does more good than any of this planning stuff anyway.
