    To even compare Lost, House and Boston Legal to The Wire is completely absurd. And then to consider those contrived pieces of crap for an award and not The Wire, is just criminal.

    They announced them both at about the same time and probably about the same place, it looks like. Did the Academy hand the list to the unemployed schlub who wore a Batman costume outside the Kodak Theater?

    Not a damned thing wrong with House. The Wire's a darn good show. It ain't friggin' God or anything. Boston Legal should really be in the Best Comedy category.
