I would always say tow him but I hesitate in this case because he knows where you live. Especially if you work nights and, heaven forbid, he decide to retaliate (which, from the note, I wouldn't put past him) when your wife is home alone because his dumb ass got his car towed.

I'd go with something less easily traced to you ... like tacks under the tires or other nonsense. Just make sure they get swept back up before you park there.

Be an adult. Don't confront him (People are fucking crazy; you never know), don't fuck with the car (as Vincent Vega said, "there is nothing more chickenshit than fucking with another man's vehicle."). Just have him towed.
