I'm not going to sit around while somebody takes shots at Ragu for not being able to imagine how often 'Glengarry Glen Ross' gets quoted in a sales environment.
I'm working on my farewell post.

Take a shot at me instead. It's more productive.

Maybe if there were "revenue producers" on this site, you'd understand.

    Bon voyage! :)

I finally left when it started to rain. Didn't want to much up the tie. I figured everybody got sidetracked somewhere, maybe went to check out IJAG's new car or something.

We're all rooting for you & want to know what happened. So tell us already!

Oh, and what did you decide to wear?

So you WERE there? I was so worried I'd spill something on my shirt.

Oh my God! There's nothing worse than a short sleeve shirt with a tie (or a short sleeve shirt in any business environment).

    White shirt, white undershirt.

I was a huge fan of the tab collar for a few years when I was a major suck ass and had a boss who wore them.

I'm reformed now. I wear jeans & a t-shirt to work every day. Except when it's cold. Then I throw on a sweatshirt.

I kind of miss dressing up. And what am I supposed to do with all of my suits?

    If you're a fattie, I could use a couple.

I don't much like short sleeves and ties, either, but that shirt went best with that tie.

That particular shirt and tie combination works perfectly, as long as you where it ironically.

Throw in a nice cardigan sweater and it's a winning combo.

    You can't wear that ironically.
You have to be deadly serious when you wear that.
