I've never tried the Edy's stuff. I may next time I'm hankering for ice cream.

Figured I'd give this a bump with all the other talk about it.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 tbsp of all-natural reduced fat peanut butter
• 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1/2 cup lemon or lime sauce
• 4 packs Splenda
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a mixing bowl combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, Splenda, curry powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Barbecue or grill chicken breasts until juices run clear.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:

Fat: 5 g
Protein: 27 g
Carbs: 9 g

Makes 12 servings

Flash, what cookbook are you getting these recipes from?

No cookbook. I pick them up out of Oxygen Magazine and MF Hers.

Just a suggestion, but can we add how much a serving is? For example, I'll looking at the kasa-dillas on page 1. Six tortillas in the recipe. 150-some calories per serving. I don't want to find out that one serving is one tortilla.

Well, yes ... one quesadilla is one serving.

Otherwise, most of the recipes I post serves four.

That's what gets me, and will always get me.

That's what any book will tell you ... one quesadilla is one serving.

Well, not to me or anybody I know. :)

But that's why America is overweight ... y'all are eating too much.

We had an awesome soup tonight. Basically just butternut squash, leeks and potatoes with a bit of half-and-half. Delicious.

Fully recommend Edy's, SC. We tried to put my stepfather on it since he eats it as if it were an IV feed. Sadly, we have gone back to regular and he still chugs it.
