I'll try and check them out. I completely missed the last two albums -- haven't heard one song. I've got their first three and heard the fourth in school. While I enjoyed all of them, nothing got me hooked like "The Colour and the Shape."

I also highly recommend "In Your Honor," which is half rock, half acoustic. The acoustic stuff is particularly good.

  3. Graduation was brilliant and should be the winner. However, I'm afraid whatever that Winehouse "lady" did will get the nod. Generally, that's how these things go and Kanye will once again win about how he didn't win.

Acoustic Dave Grohl sounds very tempting.

Oh, the acoustic "in your honor" disc is fabulous. Probably my favorite Foo disc.

No love for "The National"? Boxer is phenomenal. I love that album.

    Kanye in a landslide.

I'm not sure Boxer is commercial enough for a Grammy nod.

Right, they're not a big enough name at this point. Which is why the Grammys for the most part are worthless, like the Golden Globes.

    Fixed.

I think you could probably fix that with a lot of worthless pap.

I havent heard the Foos new one, but I love the first two singles and plan on picking it up soon (but I've been saying that for months). I thought In Your Honor was an excellent double album, as was Skin and Bones, the live album released late in '06 that played almost like an accoustic Foos greatest hits album.
