    Is he really wrong? I think Mitch Albom might actually edge out crime and unemployment as the best thing about Detroit.

    They have these damn commercials airing on local television stations right now. Full of locals like mayor Dave Bing, singers, artists, entrepeneurs and of course Mitch Albom.

    Funny thing, I thought Albom lived in California.

    The best thing about Detroit is Mitch Albom doesn't live there.

    Did Mitch actually witness those people reading and clipping his columns or did they merely say they planned on being at the coffee shop reading and clipping, only to not make it?
