    I think I'd rather be hooked on heroin than sodoku. Heroin sure as heck sounds a lot more interesting.

    And then some.

    My sister had a stroke when she was about the age I am now. Later, her doctor strongly recommended Sudoku and Kakuro as ways to help in her recovery.
    I always start my day by ripping off the page in my Sudoku calendar and doing the puzzle. I try to do the one in my old paper and in USA Today, too, if I have time.
    If I have a stroke soon, we'll know it doesn't work.

    The Seattle paper has a five-star that is kicking my ass - which a five-star should do. I approve.
    I also need to get it figured out before it is time to go to the ballgame.
