Email trail says funds were transferred out of segregated customer account on Corzine's direct orders.

To plagerize the Walking Tall series, he's going so far under the jail they'll have to pipe in sunshine.

That would just be stunning. How could he be so fucking stupid?

He could end up in jail.

The only wiggle room I see is that the killer email is from someone in a position to know, saying "JC says to do it," not from Corzine himself saying "Do it."

    It's not stupidity. It's arrogance.

And the money went to the holiest of banks, Jamie Dimon's JP Morgan Chase.

True, but even then, it's "Per JC's direct instructions." There's a smidgen less wiggle room in that phrase, I think, or at least another way for a good investigator or prosecutor to pin Ms. Edith O'Brien down.

Just pointing out that The Big Ragu's beloved Jamie Dimon was the recipient of the stolen funds.

From what little I've seen, implicating Chase seems like a stretch.

Not implicating them, just saying they were the beneficiary. Innocent investor's funds gone. JP Morgan Chase's bottom line not impacted. It's a good way to remain profitable.
