    Well please send me the link, because all I get is "no image available" for the cover at Amazon.com. I honestly don't think it's done because they just asked me for something that's supposed to go on the back.

    On a more fun note, I just got final proofs today. The appendix section is a little big because of the way they spaced it, but it looks good. I'm pleased.
