  1. Yeah, he's a real prize, isn't he?
    So far, the entire story seems to be about a lack of oversight (from, it should be noted, four consecutive Republican governors, as well as the Democratic-controlled legislatures) and contactors and subcontractors who took advantage of this to use shoddy materials in a shoddy fashion.
    The idea that union wages had something to do with this is boilerplate dumbassery,

    It is SOP now but it wasn't when this project started. Which was around the time dirt left the maternity ward.

    I gotta call bullshit on number 2....FWIW I spent a number of years in two well know unions....A lot of fuck ups advanced via the good ole boy network, past the bodies of very qualified folks...I can only speak from my experience...that's all i'm sayin
