    You have to be able to get past the start of SPR to be able to watch the whole movie. I can't do it.

    The Good Doctor,

    See, I hated The Departed, and just about everything in it, but the start wasn't bad. Although I'm still not sure what the racial troubles in Boston have to do with the movie.

    Not trying to derail the thread, but The Departed is the worst movie Scorsese has ever made. It's an embarrassment. Practically a satire.

    I'll echo the Goodfellas mentions, plus the Copa entrance has to be one of the greatest scenes in Hollywood history.
