Pittsburg State head football coach Chuck Broyles was pulled over and charged with DUI around New Year's. He stepped down as head coach and PSU even named a replacement.

Now it appears the breathalyzer wasn't "calibrated" properly and the DUI charges will be dropped. So, since he was still the AD, he probably used that to re-appoint himself head coach.

Chuck, meet Jay Leno. He'd like to congratulate you.

EDIT: Never mind. I misinterpreted the story the first time around. He's returning to work as AD, not football coach.
