WFW. I can't put into words how awesome this song was (and still is).... so I'll just quote BYH. This song and Faster Pussycat's "House of Pain" were played quite a bit in my room/car as a high schooler.

Anyone interested in Firefly-jacking this thread, let me know. Otherwise I would just feel stupid.

I try to log off this site . . .but I'm into the flood again, same old trip it was back then. So, I made a big mistake.

It's my birthday and I'll post-pad if I want to, post-pad if I want to...

"House of Pain" was good, but it wasn't the best song on that album. "Poison Ivy" was a classic. Loved "Cryin' Shame" too. Might have to try to find that one on iTunes.

Of course, all pales in comparision to their uncanny cover of "You're So Vain."

    Serenity NOW!

    (sorry . . .that's all I got).

BYH: seconding the "You're so vain" cover. Awesome.

Another song from the era that gives me great joy:

That's a good Jackyl song, but it's no "When Will It Rain."

"I Stand Alone" stands on top of Mount Jackyl in my humble opinion.

    Agreed.

Sorry, BYH. Don't ask me why I feel; I just know I feel this way.
