The Anti-Father's Day Thread .. or the Bastard King

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by Evil ... Thy name is Orville Redenbacher!!, Jun 21, 2010.

  1. In honor of Father's Day ....

The top 10 list of athletes with the most illegitimate kids ... Steve Garvey is not mentioned. In this day and age, I'm not sure he'd crack the top 50.

    Calvin Murphy is No. 1

I did not know Derrick Thomas and Marshall Faulk had so many kids either.

I can't stand the term, "illegitimate children."

This reminds me, I didn't call the sperm donor to wish him a happy day yesterday.

I wish I could take credit for it, but one of the greatest nicknames ever came from a Jim Rome caller talking about Evander Holyfield -- "The Bastard Factory."

Actually, that term kind of sucks, too.

How about we come up with a derogatory term for the scumbag who sires kids and abandons them, and leave the poor innocent kids out of it?

I guess free throws weren't the only thing Murphy could hit.

    Ditto. How about "illegitimate father?"

Having so many kids was sort of a dichotomy in Thomas, whose childhood was shaped profoundly by the death of his father, who was a fighter pilot in Vietnam.
