No way he didn't know. The guy brags all the time that he is the most hands-on owner anywhere and he knows everything that's going on in every one of his companies. Now all of a sudden he don't know nothin'? Especially when the team president is one of those involved?

    I call BS.

He's saying the right things and taking the right measures now, but it's very hard to believe he didn't know then. On "Shark Tank" he hands hundreds of thousands of dollars to entrepreneurs after sizing them up for work ethic and character in five minutes (well, more like an hour, but the editing is tight), yet he whiffed that badly on the CEO of his beloved basketball team?

On the other hand, I can believe he didn't know certain things because employees surely were freaked out to try to go to him directly. So instead they go to HR, which at some places is useless.

And yeah, LTL, those Trump tweets should be firing any second now ...

Speaking of “Animal House,” a Stupid and Futile Gesture is a good way to pass 90 minutes or so.

Does this make Cuban more or less qualified for president?

The guy got shitcanned for harassing a women two months into his new job after the Mavericks. He wasn't subtle. Highly unlikely Cuban didn't know about him for 18 years.

Before he became a tech billionaire, Cuban owned a notoriously raucous little bar in Bloomington, Indiana, that got shut down by the city due to underaged girls being served and allowed to participate in wet T shirt contests.

So, no, can't say I'm shocked to learn of an "Animal House culture" in his front office. He's the one owner in sports I could picture being in Animal House.

Cuban likes girls. So what's the problem? Girls go wild!

Hillary Clinton backer Mark Cuban won't apologize for airing 'Girls Gone Wild' show | Daily Mail Online

'That's not objectifying women!' Cuban told DailyMail.com when pressed about his history of promoting the program best known for encouraging girls in the barely-legal age group to expose themselves and perform sex acts on camera.

Agreed with Moddy's OP. There's no way he didn't know.

So which Shark ends up with the team?
