    I don't get combining Hartford / New Haven. Two cities 45 minutes apart on treacherous I91.
    I'll be staying off that highway.

    First, how is Las Vegas that low? I know there is more to Vegas than just the strip and Fremont Street, but I figure those two spots could boost the city higher than 21st.

    Second, I'm a little surprised there is only one California city on the list. Between the LA night clubs and San Diego sailors, I thought they maybe break the top 25.

    I'm guessing Norfolk is where the phrase "drunk as a sailor" was coined.

    And the only reason New Orleans is only No. 7 is because people are alternating drinks with bites of po boys and beignets.

    That list must only factor in locals. You add tourists and NOLA, Vegas and Key West should be in the top five.

    Good to see Buffalo on that list. Never had a bad time in that town.
