    A cyclist is riding down busy street with a 3-year-old in a child seat. Firefighter sees it, worries about the child's safety, confronts the father and shoots him.

    Indeed, he was. So much so that he shot the guy responsible for keeping the child upright (that is, if it's the kind of seat attached to a seatpost).
