Any of the Canucks here watched the CBC Comedy "Little Mosque on the Prairie"?

I wouldn't mind seeing an episode, but since America's only regular source of Canadian television is ... for some damn reason ... The N, then unless there's teenagers drinking, fucking and cutting themselves, then it's not happening.

    Mystery, what's "The N"?

And I assume you're talking about Degrassi

Hey, unless there are teenagers drinking, fucking and cutting themselves, I'm not watching.

Unless Emily Valentine lights something on fire.

The N is the teen-themed nighttime block of Noggin, a preschool-themed channel that's part of the Nickelodeon family (which probably explains it, since Nick was the source of You Can't Do That On Television in the 80's).

Degrassi, yes, but I know they have a few other Canadian imports. Radio Free Roscoe comes to mind, and I want to say South of Nowhere is Canadian as well. Instant Star, as well. I know they've had a few.

Crap, you know more about TV Canadian shows than me.

A former colleague of mine's daughter is in the new Degrassi--whatever it's called now.

  9. It's called The New Degrassi.
Big hit at F_B World HQ.

Degrassi: The Next Generation? Unless there's a third-generation version out now. This one has Snake and the dude Snake married as Emma's parents.

Does that mean I provided the true downhill moment? I'm so proud.

And it was a pretty immature downhill moment.
