    o_t's not reading the polls correctly. Bush's unfavorables are because he's an incompetent unconstitutional bungler. Congress's are because they haven't treated him like one.
    And zag, again, as you wade one-handed through the Clinton Chronicles again, let's have a Special Prosecutor --like Ken Starr -- with unlimited budgets and unlimited time exploring the obstruction of justice that those two wild-eyed hippie bastards, Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton, just accused the president of. Really. And three congressional committees, like we had looking into Vince Foster.
