I assume the red is tornado warnings?

That sucks.

We have a chance of t-storms out here and while we could really use some rain, I fear the lightning would just spark more grass fires. There were a couple burning last night that I could smell in town.

It was 88 degrees with 4 percent humidity on Saturday and 30 miles per hour winds. That's some good grass fire weather right there.

4 percent humidity? You ain't kidding.

The Metroplex is just a tad east of the red zone, but as the folks in Atkins and Clinton, Arkansas can tell you, it's close enough for government work.

680 acres burned the other day around my area in grass fires. I checked the weather and it said strong T-storms. Oh boy!

I was thinking of doing a Drinking at Home on Monday Night thread but I'm not sure I will now. Need to have my wits about me.
