Texas Monthly profiles Bandidos president

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by Evil ... Thy name is Orville Redenbacher!!, May 20, 2018.

  1. Read this the other day via Twitter.

National President and vice president of Bandidos motorcycle club was convicted of a host of charges including racketerring.
This story is a profile and lacks a smoking gun on whether or not the guy is guilty.
On its face, it seems to me he's not guilty of the stuff the federal governemtn accuses him of....

I know little about modern motorcycle gangs, but i find some of this stuff hard to beleive ....

Did he have a bad-ass entrance like this Hell's Angel?

What do you find hard to believe?

The most unbelievable part of that to me was the idea a guy wearing a 1% patch claiming he’s an angel.

It’s only a matter of time before someone like this guy gets found not guilty after his lawyers spend days reading to the jury tweet after tweet from the President in which he claims federal law enforcement is corrupt.

I believe "I've got the pistols, so I'll keep the pesos" is a valid defense.

Its as if Kurt Sutter himself ghost wrote that story.

    Holy fuck, this is amazing.

It's too bad I've but one Like to give. I regret being a known over-liker at times like these (e.g. @Big Circus's Cash Money reference yesterday).

Speaking of which, the President is in full meltdown mode today on Twitter.

I'm not being political, just pointing this out as a public service notice.

    Yeah, that seems fair.

  11. It was hard for me to believe because of the lack of evidence presented in the story.
Of course, I don't think the writer's intent was focus on the trial or this guy's guilt. And I didn't do any follow up research on this club or its president.

I get the sense the writer finds it hard to believe the guy is guilty.
