    I don't feel like starting another thread, but are these awards given out at a ceremony? Do you have to enter your paper or specific stories to get nominated? I just don't know how these things work. It'd be sweet to win something in my small circulation pool.

    You have to be a member of the TSWA and then you get notices of contest dates, conventions, etc. I believe you pay a fee for each person on your staff that you want to be a member.
