This is the kind of job security I've been looking for.

Isn't there someone in-house who could fill in and mind the store for four weeks, even from another dept.?

This ad makes absolutely no sense.

Q: When do you know you can't lay off anymore?

A: When you need to hire a temp when someone takes a vacation.

Nein, that's the San Joaquin Herald (once ANG, now MediaNews) you're thinking of.

Oh I sent my stuff in for this one and my email was bounced back with a does not exist reply.

Anyone else get this or gotten a reply from them? I also don't understand who would move for just a month. It would be like going on vacation or something of that nature.

Hey get the managing editor to do it or one of the reporters. They got to learn sometime right?

  7. You actually emailed these people? Surely you aren't serious.

I am serious, and please don't call me Shirley.

I heard it's a five-week interview process for this four-week job. If you get the job, you get to pick up your check and go home.

  10. You just dated yourself. That Shirley joke is older than my deceased grandfather.

If I date myself, does that make me my own father? Or something like that?
