TEBOW FAN FEST

I've finally had enough of it. Frankly, I've had enough of it for awhile. Announcers who praise Tebow for being the second coming of Christ. ESPN for putting Tebow on the Mount Rushmore of sports for Florida. I mean, this kid has practically cured cancer with his spit. Now, in the latest Sports Illustrated a woman lashes out at Dan Patrick for using the word Playboy in the same sentence as Tebow. Is anyone else sick of this love fest or is it just me?

 

I've got to say, I think this is the best thread of 2008.

Not going to disagree with any of your post. But my response to the Mount Rushmore thing for any athlete is: Who. Gives. A. Shit.

 

My life is better for the time I spent reading it.

 

It's sick. When Tebow got called for the 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty during the national championship game, the announcer actually said...

"That might be the first thing he's ever done wrong in his life"

Excuse me while I vomit.

I think I've fallen into one of those Lost time warp thingies. It's Jan. 9th and I still have leftover dip in my fridge from the New Year's Eve party.

 

Tebow is God. The rest is just details.

 

I sure hope the Panthers take care of business this week against the Cardinals. I think Delhomme's due for a big day.
