Target vs. WalMart

    Don't buy meat at WalMart!

Over a year ago, I was in town, had to pick up a couple things at WalMart. I realized I didn't have hamburger for supper that night, so I figured I'd pick up a package since the grocery store is across town. Picked up a package and as I walked away, I read the label.

    "Meat flavor added."

The package of pretend-burger was returned to the display case and we made the trip to the grocery store for real hamburger.

    Hey Rosie:

Did you find this in the grocery store?

Target is to Walmart as McClatchy is to CNHI
I so can't wait until February when I don't have to drive 35 miles to a Target

And if you were wondering... KMart is JRC...

I will gladly pay higher prices & shop at Target then go to Wal Mart.

I love Target for home goods, DVDs, CDs things like that.

But I do my grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. And since I usually can't get going before work, I do most of my shopping at midnight. So Target doesn't get as much of my money as it should.

How come we get stuck with Wal-Mart up here but there's no Target?

Midnight shooping at Walmart? Darlin, we have to get you a life... looks like you spend too much of it in one of the two checkout lines open after 11 p.m. -- regardless of how many people are in the store.

It's either that or dragging my ass out of bed before 2 p.m. I'd rather go while I'm awake.

If I recall correctly from thread a while back that is where spup gets her hair done.

Going to Walmart gets me unhinged. Target is always a pleasing experience.

I must add that I do shop at the local Sam's Club and don't mind that.
