If I'm not mistaken, this happened on a killer curve. It's at a sharp angle and you aren't allowed to pass for a stretch — it's solid white lines. And speed slows significantly there and traffic backs up quickly, too.

Maybe I'm thinking of another curve, but I think this is the one I used to take to Pistons games.

Am I right, or crazy? Or both?

Damn you Detroiters are sensitive about your city proper.

If a gas tanker went boom on the Zoo Interchange in Wauwatosa (Milwaukee suburb, about 10 miles from downtown), I wouldn't be reading anyone the Riot Act because they said it happened in Milwaukee.

Oh who the hell am I fooling? Yes I would. Go Tosa East Red Raiders!

There was some talk last night that it was a guy either walking on the freeway or on the side of the freeway.

And that one of the trucks swerved to miss him.

It wasn't a truck getting stuck under the overpass.

Also, of note, the Nine Mile Bridge was one of those that the MDOT completely replaced last year. Obviously, needs to be replaced again.

Some moran was doing 70 around a hard curve with a suggested speed limit of 50. Lost control and hit the tanker, which separated from its cab and crashed...

Okay, so what like 2.5 miles out of Detroit, what am I supposed to say, Hazel Park is burning? Nobody knows where that is.

Shoot, I've lived in Wayne County for 21 years and I'm only vaguely familiar with it.

Those are some of the tame ones. I found some real good ones...

"The red neck from Clawson was probably sending a text on his pay as you go phone to his extra large girlfriend who shopping in Wal Mart wearing sweat pants and a Red Wings Jersey. Make his insurance pay for the repairs."

Are we getting that technical now? It's between Royal Oak and Detroit.

Moreover, doesn't the Detroit border start at 8 mile? East of 75 is Detroit, west of 75 is Ferndale?
