They say Joe Flacco has a cannon for an arm.

Well, he just upped the ante a little bit with this workout he does. He blasts two skeet targets out of the air with footballs.

    Unreal.

    That is really cool.

    Thanks for the link, Rumple.

WHOA! The amount of velocity it'd take with a football to bust a skeet makes me feel sorry for his receivers. Nice find.

He plays for the Ravens; he doesn't have any.

    These are fake, gentlemen.

Unless Chris Cooley was really catching balls through two sheets of drywall last year.

I think "unreal" is exactly the word you were looking for.

Some of the videos may well be fake, like the Chris Cooley one, which is why I think this one with Laurence Maroney of the Pats is my favourite - simply because I don't believe there's any way it could have been faked.

Well I guess there's no point in posting the video of Ray Lewis practicing tackling on oncoming trains.

I really hope you mean "there's no way it WASN'T faked."

I changed it to say I don't believe it was faked - happy?

So hold on...there are people on this site who think that Laurence Maroney can JUMP COMPLETELY THROUGH A CAR, headfirst, on a running start...who think someone can throw a football so hard and so fast it BREAKS A SKEET TARGET...and who think a BALLGIRL CAN CLIMB AN OUTFIELD FENCE LIKE SPIDERMAN TO CATCH A FOUL BALL?

    Christ lord in heaven above.
