BTW, the 4 cookies didn't spike me much ... 138. Guess I had more than enough chicken and peas and salad and green beans to balance it.

The only nagging craving I'm still dealing with is Red Bull. Haven't had one in 4 months. I really want one. I know I can't have one.

And no, sugar free Red Bull won't do the trick.

I'd rather have diabetes than drink a red bull.

Red Bull: Nyquil, minus the great cherry taste.

Sweets are my downfall. Every time.

5 a.m. is the only good time I can exercise at length so I drag myself out of bed 5 days a week to be there at 5 (and at 7 on Saturday and 8 on Sunday).

Did 70 minutes of cardio this morning and burned 1,000 calories.

For those who want to exercise, find the time and do it.

It's hard. It's hard to start. It's harder to maintain.

But you'll look and feel much better.

What was the workout that burned 1,000 calories. Mostly running?

40 minutes elliptical (570 cals) and 30 minutes walking the treadmill, split between 4.2 speed/-3 decline and 3.2 speed/15 incline.

15 incline? Damn! You must feel better. As for looking better, though ... :)

Physically, yes. No smoking. No drinking. No drugs. No sugar. No mashed potatoes.

So yeah, feeling better has never been so boring.

Exercise is its own high. Wish I could do it more often.
